Meet the Team

Adam is the Head of Exercise Physiology at Healthy Back Solutions, and Managing Director of ReconditionU.
At Healthy Back Solutions Adam is responsible for the initial and ongoing training/mentoring of the HBS Exercise Physiology team across Australia.
Adam has extensive experience in treating clients with chronic back and neck pain. He has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Movement), a Masters of Exercise Rehabilitation and is currently enrolled in an MBA.
As Managing Director of ReconditionU Adam was driven to start this venture to further reach and assist members of the community living with chronic back and neck pain.
Adam is predominantly based out of the Healthy Back Solutions Headquarters in Middle Park VIC.

Stephanie is the Administrative Director at ReconditionU.
Stephanie is responsible for customer service, enquiries and the ‘behind the scenes’ management of ReconditionU.

Tim brings a wealth of experience to ReconditionU having previously worked in private practice both in Melbourne and the UK
Tim has a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology.
